• Ready-to-ship items will be processed within 2 business days after payment is received.

Damaged or Lost Items

• If your sculpture arrives damaged, please contact us within X days of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or a refund.

• If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist in tracking or filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

 

Returns & Exchanges
